Christmas / wintery makeup
SInce the christmas season is here and winter is here... I decide to do a makeup look for this festive holidays... I came up witha very sweet and pretty look using all Aery Jo Products... I used a very natural liquid foundation on the skin keeping the skin very natural and fresh looking. This ensures the skin to give off a very healthy dewy look for the winter. ON the eyes i decided to use a greyish toned eyeshadow and blended in with a matte black eyeshadow creating a very soft smokey look on the eyes. For a finishing touch on the eyes, I added a bit of shimmer particles on the eyes to give it an extra pop. On the eyes, I used a very peachy blush for that healthy looking flush on the cheeks. To finish the look, I used a very soft pink almost close to a white color on the lips and topped it over with a clear lipgloss..
Makeover with Wai SUm
And so it is... I decided to do a makeover with one of my best friends... Foo Wai Sum.. She's a gorgeus girl in and out and i was thrilled and thoroughly enjoyed glamming her up... I decide to do a really bright red lip and a thick liner for the eyes and kept the face looking very natural looking. I was inspired by how kimora looked in the latest Harper's Bazaar Malaysia and decided to recreate the look on her but still wearable and looking very sexified and glamarous

Show Me How You Burlesque

Well isn't it a wee bit weird? Well why does the topic Burlesque actually appear her on dis blog. Well the answer is simple. Obviously the makeup in this movie is PHENOMENAL! I am absolutely amazed by the different variations and looks that is showcased in this movie. From very natural neutral looks to bold and dramatic looks. Watching this movie definitely reminds me of the all time famous 50/60's pin up look where red bold lips are famous during that time. The makeup that is showcased in 'Burlesque' definitely showcases the more classical look on Christina Aguilera and I am definitely buying it. It's hot, sensual and sexified!
